“I started selling cars 4 years ago and have been at this dealership for 2 years.

Last month I sold 42 units!
How? I realized I was not doing such a great job of follow-up. I usually gave up after a couple of tries. Now I’m sending friendly newsletters and using social media plus hand-written ‘thank you’ notes and cards.
Since I changed my follow up process, my sales have skyrocketed!!! I give every customer my personal number, and like Joe says … I’ve become their ‘friend’ in the car business and I am getting more referrals and be-backs. Of course I get those 11 p.m. or 6 a.m. calls, but it allows me to be accessible and the payoff is huge as they send me referrals!
I am a single mom with 2 kids, ages 9 and 11, so you can imagine how important it is that I’m now able to give my family the best of what life offers.
