Learn More And You’ll Earn More

Do everything the same way this year that you did last year, and you’ll sell and earn about what you earned last year…or less!

The problem with trying to sell the same way, with the same skill level, is that the market is never the same.

Take the really rough winter this year: when dealerships were snowed in, if you never developed your prospecting skills, you didn’t use the opportunity you had in that downtime to make calls to build your business for when the snow melted. That meant after the snow melted, you had to hope traffic would be back to normal right away.

This month, we’re going to talk about your level of commitment to selling cars, and easy changes you can make to move your sales to the next level.

From what I’ve learned about success, it’s safe to say success either…

  1. Never happens for those who just wait and hope for the best.
  2. Comes to you slowly, if ever, unless you go for it.
  3. Or it happens very quickly, if you ‘fast track’ it by learning more, working smarter and by building your customer base.
