I’ve been selling cars at Glenbrook Hyundai for 4 years. We have Joe Verde’s online Sales Training (JVTN®), and I watch something every day and use the tools he teaches, and our store does group training as well. 

I’ve learned to use the ‘open ended’, ‘yes’, and ‘either/or’ questions, and the conversation just flows so smoothly.  I follow up with every customer and prospect with everyone, everywhere, to build my business. I go to the local grocery store and hand out tote bags with my information on the QR code on them. Rearview mirror incense, key chains and everything I send, has my information on them.

My ‘business within the business’ is exploding with sales!!! My wife helps keep me organized with my customer follow up, so I don’t miss out on any of those sales. 

I had been averaging 24 units a month and my last 3-month average is now up to 29 units, and I’ve improved my income every year. In 2022, I made $125K, $159K in 2023, and in 2024 at $200,000.
