Joe Verde Trainer, Sean Gardner, will conduct two workshops for dealers and managers at the RV Dealers International Convention/Expo at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino next month in Las Vegas, Nev.
Gardner, an industry recognized sales and management trainer, will speak on Thursday, Oct. 4, at 9:45 a.m., and 4:15 p.m. His workshop, “Management Productivity = Dealership Profitability” will focus on:
- Implementing a proven, productive sales process;
- Developing a daily sales management plan for higher productivity; and
- Building a continually growing high-volume sales and management team.
