How to Sell a Car and Close the Sale Today is an interactive two-day workshop. The class focus is on defining clear goals in sales, developing an effective process to sell the vehicle, handle customer objections and close the sale. Closing and Negotiating Deals is a sales workshop held over two days. The class focus is on a defined selling, negotiation and closing process that ensures maximum gross. Attendees develop advanced level closing skills and learn how to consistently follow a rock-solid negotiation process to increase unit sales and gross profit. It will be held June 4 & 5, 2015, in Toronto, ON.
Train the Trainer is a management workshop held over two days. The class focus is on how to implement a complete, consistent and effective training process, as well as how to develop training skills in their managers to increase sales, lower turnover and ensure consistency. Desking Deals Today is another management workshop, held over two days.
