Your competition is lazy & complacent & it costs them a ton!

Here are a few mistakes you might make, too, if you aren’t focused.

  • No unit or income goals for 2026. That’s like driving from LA to NY with no road map and only 75 gallons of gas. No room for mistakes.
  • Going to work to wait, hoping to get lucky. Why? Luck is never there when you need it most.
  • Not assuming everyone came to buy. Why? Because 8 out of 10 you talk to will buy, 7 of them in a week (from someone else).
  • Not asking questions to find their ‘value’ hot buttons. Why? With no info on need or buying motives, whether it’s new or preowned – you can only sell price.
  • Being complacent with low sales and low commissions and not learning how to sell more now. Why? No goals, lazy, no concern for family needs.
  • Not learning to handle phone or web leads, to turn them into appointments and sales. Lazy!
  • Taking shortcuts in everything. Why? All of the above.

More than half who sell cars, chose it for the income potential.

Then it turns out they’re just too lazy to spend a few weeks or months learning how to earn $100,000 a year.
