No Rushing & No Shortcuts

Making or missing a sale takes the same amount of time, about 90 minutes. The result depends on what you do in those 90 minutes.

If you spend 80% of your time on the lot following each of my 8 steps and focus on a targeted demo & presentation on the closest to perfect vehicle for them (in inventory), you’ll spend about 20% of your time working the deal, and you’ll deliver 50%.

If you only spend 20% on the lot, skip most of my steps to the sale; you’ll spend 80% working the deal, and only deliver 20%.

Remember: Speed kills sales & slow kills negotiations.
