I’d worked a few days before class, and had a very vague idea of what to do and say.

But in just two days with your trainer, I had a solid eight step plan I could follow, with everyone I talked to.

I learned the correct greeting, how to find common ground, and to find out what they want and need.

My favorite parts were learning how easy it is to ask better questions to respond to price questions and how to handle objections people have.

Now I understand what Joe means when he says ‘you don’t tell your way to the sale, you question your way to the sale’.
