We all know learning more is not a requirement for most salespeople. In fact, even being required to go to-work-to-work and put in an effective shift every day usually isn’t required either.
You should also know that selling more cars and earning a great income is not a requirement or an entitlement just because you’re in sales.
Everybody knows that when you know less, and work less, that you sell less and earn less – and that usually creates attitudes that are less than positive.
The total opposite is true when salespeople have clear goals. Then they take the time to learn how to sell, they develop their customer base, they go to-work-to-work, they sell more cars, have more fun, earn more money, and have a great attitude.
Selling cars offers every opportunity you’d want. Everybody is a buyer and you can deal with just the people you like (through prospecting) while you earn triple the average income. You can have everything – but you have to earn it!
